Description of duties


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining departmental calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, event planning and assisting with other departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications

­­­
The qualified candidate will possess a minimum of one year office experience. He/she should be customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills and strong computer aptitude and knowledge are equally important. Some post-secondary education is preferred, but not necessarily required for individuals with solid job-related experience.

This includes planning practices, recruiting, managing team budget, planning service opportunities for the team and becoming a mentor/role model to help each athlete grow in spiritual maturity.

Qualifications

Previous coaching experience is preferred. Applicants for this position must be friendly, approachable, team-oriented and willing to work on a limited budget. Weekly meetings with the Athletics Director are required and good communication skills are essential for this position. Applicants must sign a Christian lifestyle statement. Season length: February – May, with some limited hours required in the off-season.

Description of duties


This position is responsible for maintaining and communicating student account information to students and parents as well as initiating and maintaining transactions, records and daily deposits. Position is also responsible for assisting all accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications

At minimum a high school diploma or the equivalent is required. The ideal candidate for this position should enjoy people contact, customer service and problem-solving. Specific skills essential for the position include, but are not necessarily limited to, strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills; strong attention to detail, knowledge of basic cashier or teller responsibilities, and basic math skills. At least 2 years of education or experience in a business/finance related field is preferred with additional preference given to those with a background in accounting, financial aid or customer service.

We are looking for a full-time assistant/associate professor in our Social Work program. This field education coordinator position will include 25% of time as coordinator of internships, and 75% of time as teaching faculty. Faculty responsibilities include teaching 9 credits per semester, academic advising, working collaboratively on departmental and university committees, participating in the spiritual life of the NCU community, and engaging regularly in professional development and scholarly activity. Compensation is based on qualifications, including education and experience.

• Either a baccalaureate or master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program • At least two years of post-baccalaureate or post-master’s social work experience • Demonstrated leadership ability • Be or become a member of an Assemblies of God church Preference: • Doctoral degree • Experience in the areas of child & family, immigration and/or international social work
