About:

Dr. Schuttinga is passionate about teaching psychology from a Christian perspective and loves working with college students. Humans are created in God’s image, which means that by understanding human behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and our spiritual nature we understand more about who God is. Dr. Schuttinga is a regular guest on Afternoons with Bill Arnold on Faith Radio and has spoken at churches, schools and other venues about various topics in psychology. Dr. Schuttinga is married with two sons and a labradoodle. He enjoys running, playing competitive games and sports, reading, and traveling to National Parks.
