Please note that unofficial transcripts are not available for order.
- If you are a current student, an Unofficial transcript can be downloaded on Colleague Self-Service. All other students will need to order an official transcript.
Helpful considerations before ordering your transcript:
- Are all of the grades you’re expecting on your transcript posted in Skyline? If you expect your degree date on your transcript, has it been posted? Especially if you’re a current or recent student, your transcript is sent upon receipt of the request. Requests are not held for either grades or degrees, so please make sure everything has been posted prior to placing the order.
- Do you have any holds or balances on your account? We are unable to process your request if you have a hold or a balance. If the hold is not cleared within 30 calendar days from the date the hold was placed on your order, the transcript order will be cancelled.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed (for standard mail service). Rush processing options are also available.
Payment
You can pay for your transcript order, if a cost is involved, with any major credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card is not charged until we send your transcript(s). However, if you use a debit card, your bank may put a hold on your funds when we pre-authorize your payment. If you have questions on the pre-authorization, please contact your bank. Order updates will be sent to you via email and, if you choose, text messages. You can also track your transcript order online.
Other College Transcript Requests
North Central University does not provide copies of other university transcripts that have been submitted to a student’s record. To ensure that no federal practices of the issuing institution for the transcript is not circumvented, you must order a copy of the transcript from its originating institution.
