The 2015-16 school year promises to be an exciting one at North Central University, and it’s already in full swing as students arrived on campus for Welcome Week, August 29 – September 1.
New students checked in on “Super Saturday,” moved into residence halls, mingled with classmates, and met resident leadership. Parents and students enjoyed a picnic and reception, as well as a welcome from President Gordon Anderson. North Central’s Academic Convocation was held on Sunday morning in the FJ Lindquist Sanctuary.
Welcome Week continued Monday with the start of move-in for returning students, as well as “Funky Night” and a “Party on the Patio” for the entire North Central community.
Alumni, staff, faculty, students, and other guests participated in homecoming festivities Tuesday, September 1.
Wednesday, September 2 marked the first day both classes and Chapel.
