Through this program, you will learn from leaders in business and begin to develop into an effective Christian leader, ready for dynamic roles in business and nonprofit organizations. In this program, you’ll engage in courses on leadership strategy and while increasing a firm comprehension and application of project management, innovation, business law, finance and business operations. You’ll also develop cultural awareness and sensitivity, an understanding of organizational behavior, and how to go about creating an ethical vision. 

 

Through this program, you will gain communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and will apply leadership theories, principles, and business leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
