Position Purpose

North Central University is a Christ-centered, Bible-based, Pentecostal school with a commitment to academic excellence that prepares students to fulfill biblical models of leadership and ministry throughout the world.

A growing Department of Business is seeking a faculty member with expertise to support curriculum and students in our Business Administration majors. Candidates should have a strong understanding across multiple areas of business administration and management. Specifically, candidates can expect to potentially teach introductory and upper-level courses in business administration. Additional areas of specialization considered: sports management, accounting, finance, marketing, and communications.

Candidates with a passion to develop students and guide the program to national recognition are encouraged to apply.

Duties include teaching undergraduate courses, curriculum development, advising and mentoring students, departmental and institutional committee work, and relevant scholarly activity. Determination of Rank and Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • U.S. citizen; all courses are face-to-face residential
  • Minimally an earned Master’s Degree in Business Administration or closely related field (terminal degree preferred); CPA and CFA® charterholder designations considered
  • Industry experience and previous college teaching experience desirable
  • All faculty members are expected to be committed Christians, model a consistent Spirit-filled life, be considerate of the Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God, be a member in good standing of their local church, and abide by the Community Life Standards of the University.
